All items sold on our website are vintage, meaning they may show signs of age, wear, patina or imperfections. We always aim to describe items accurately and provide clear photographs.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Minor age-related marks do not constitute faults
• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

3. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure all descriptions, measurements and photos are accurate. However, as items are pre-owned and unique, small variations or minor inaccuracies may occur.

If an item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our approved payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, usually within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Delays caused by postal services or couriers are outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if an item is significantly not as described
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the unique nature of vintage items
• Approved returns must be sent using a tracked service
• Refunds are issued once the item is safely returned and inspected

Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings
• Cosmetics or toiletries
• Food-related items
• Personalised or custom orders

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed, we will assist in tracking it. A parcel is only considered lost once the courier confirms it as such.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier’s investigation is complete.
