Description
A three-piece Hornsea Fauna pottery collection featuring seated fawns framed by sculpted tree trunks and raised green leaves. The glossy brown bark-effect finish contrasts with cream interiors and golden-toned fawns, each with delicate white spotting.
The collection comprises a handled fawn vase measuring approximately 15cm high, a smaller No. 58 fawn vase measuring approximately 10.5cm high, and a No. 57 fawn planter measuring approximately 12cm wide. All three bear an impressed “Hornsea England” mark to the base.
The tall vase features a branch-shaped handle, while the smaller vase nestles its fawn beneath an arch of foliage. The low planter completes the grouping with two open trunk sections and a fawn seated between them.
Displayed together, their varied heights create a woodland arrangement for a dresser, shelf or pottery cabinet. A lovely addition to a Hornsea collection or a vintage nature-inspired display.
