Description
A three-piece Hornsea pottery collection featuring a squirrel planter, fawn double posy vase and tall rabbit vase. Sculpted tree-trunk shapes, raised green foliage and warm-toned animal figures create a coordinated woodland display, with cream interiors contrasting against the brown bark-effect finishes.
The No. 19 squirrel planter measures approximately 12cm wide. A seated squirrel with an upright curled tail sits at the front of the low planter, surrounded by raised red flowers and green leaves. Its base bears a Fauna Royal stamp.
The No. 49 fawn double posy vase stands approximately 13cm high, with two trunk-shaped openings joined by an arch. A seated fawn rests beneath the arch, framed by green foliage above and red flowers below. It also bears a Fauna Royal base stamp.
The tall rabbit vase measures approximately 20cm high and features a branch-shaped handle, broad raised leaves and a seated rabbit at the foot of the trunk. Its base bears an impressed “Hornsea England” mark.
The varied heights and forms make an attractive grouping for a dresser, shelf or pottery cabinet, ideal for a Hornsea collector or a vintage woodland-inspired display.
