Description

A three-piece Hornsea woodland pottery collection featuring deer and rabbit figures nestled among tree-trunk forms and green foliage. Textured brown bark, cream interiors and warm amber-toned animals give the pieces a distinctive woodland feel.

The collection includes a No. 24 deer planter, approximately 12cm long no 24, with an impressed “Hornsea England” mark; a rabbit planter measuring approximately 12cm no 27, also marked “Hornsea England”; and a No. 86 vase, approximately 19cm high, bearing the Royal Fauna stamp.

The deer planter combines a low log-shaped opening with a seated deer and raised leaves. The rabbit planter features two branching openings framing its rabbit figure, while the tall vase has a sculpted tree-trunk design with green detailing and woodland animals at its base.
